About the Loyalty Program
Our most loyal panelists deserve the most from us. So we’ve introduced more ways for you to earn points.
The more surveys you complete, the more points you earn. If you respond to 10 surveys you will earn 50 bonus Loyalty points but answer 50 surveys you will earn 200 bonus Loyalty points.
That’s on top of the points you already earn for completing each survey.

How do I know where I stand?
To see how many surveys you have completed this year, check out your Survey History. From here, you will see how many surveys you have participated in and how close you are to your next reward level.
How do I see how many points I have earned?
Visit your Point History to see how many loyalty points you have earned. Loyalty points will be awarded one time per month – about 2 weeks after the end of each month.
How long do I have?
Our loyalty program is effective starting April 1, 2010 and all surveys taken up until December 31, 2010 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time will count.
Anniversary Points
About Anniversary Points
We want our panelists to stay with us for the long run.
Anniversary points are rewarded to panelists who show that they want to help shape the products and services we all use everyday - by taking surveys and being a part of our online community.
What do I earn?
New members must remain an active member for 6 months, and will be awarded 50 bonus points. Then every year, on your anniversary, if you maintain your active status, we’ll add an extra 150 points to your account. All you have to do is take surveys regularly – at least one per month.
