Dear i-Say Panel Member,

Thank you for being a valued member of the i-Say Panel and for participating in our surveys. It has come to our attention that some Internet Service Providers have recently implemented a new Spam Filtering System. As a result, some i-Say Online Research e-mails, including survey invitations, may be getting filtered to your Junk E-Mail folder.

In order to continue to receive surveys from i-Say, you may need to adjust your settings to allow E-mail from the domain questions@i-say.com. Please take a few minutes now to add us to your Safe List or White List. (Specific instructions for Hotmail/MSN and AOL users below.)

Please send us an email to questions@i-say.com if you do not receive any e-mail messages from us within two weeks.

Also, be sure to check your "Junk Mail/Spam Folder" every time you log-on to ensure you are not missing invitations from the i-Say Panel. If you find e-mail from us in your "Junk Mail/Spam Folder", please attempt to add us to your safe list or address book again. If you continue to find i-Say Panel email in your Junk Folder contact your email provider to resolve the issue.

We appreciate you taking the extra time to make sure our e-mails get through to you. Thank you for your continued support of Ipsos i-Say.

Best regards,

Ipsos i-Say Panel Team

When it comes to making home renovations, income is a major factor on whether or not the renovations get completed. Therefore, 77.4% of panelists whose income was below $25K said it was not in their budget to complete a home renovation, whereas 54.7% of panelists who earn $45K+ said it was not in their budget to perform home renovations.
