Spam Filtering
If the program or website you use to access your e-mail includes spam filtering, please make sure to include questions@i-say.com in your contacts (also referred to as a white list, address book, safe senders or safe list) to ensure you continue receiving i-Say online surveys and e-mail messages.
Spam filters are extremely useful for protecting your inbox from unsolicited bulk electronic communication, but sometimes spam filters can mistakenly block e-mail you want from friends, family, groups, or subscriptions. To avoid this, you can add the contacts that you want to receive e-mail from to your "safe" or permitted e-mail sender list. This usually involves simply adding the sending address to your safe list or list of privileged senders.
