To cancel your membership, all you need to do is complete and submit the form below. Be sure to enter your PIN and email address so that we can process your request effectively.
If you have reward points in your account, you may access your account (and redeem rewards if you have enough points) for 45 days after you submit your unsubscribe request. Any reward points remaining in your account after 45 days, will be forfeited.
We will process your request within the next ten business days. You will receive an email confirmation message of your membership cancellation (sent to the email address you provide on this page). If you do not receive a confirmation email, some of the information may not match our records. In that case, please email your request to questions@i-say.com. We will not share the email address you provide with any third parties.
