Redeeming i-Say Points

Once you have at least 500 i-Say points, you can redeem your i-Say points at any time by signing in to our website and clicking on Rewards found at the top of the page. When you order, be sure to check the address information we have on file to ensure we're sending your order to the right place. To change your address information, click here.

You can redeem the i-Say points you earn for great rewards like Visa® Prepaid Cards, Amazon.com Gift Cards, PayPal Funds, iTunes® Codes, Starbucks Card eGifts*, Facebook Game eCardsƗ and Target eGiftCards∞, and more. You must have at least 500 i-Say points in your account to redeem a reward. We’ve increased the point value for Visa Prepaid Cards (100 points per card) and PayPal Funds (2% of the point value), but don’t fret, you’ll still be able to redeem awesome rewards! Take a look at the many options we have available by signing in and clicking on Rewards at the top of the page.

Amazon.com Gift Cards, iTunes® Codes, Starbucks Card eGifts, Facebook Game eCards, and Target eGiftCards are delivered instantaneously via email at the same email address as your i-Say account. PayPal Funds will be delivered via email within 3-4 weeks of ordering and require a valid PayPal account.
For all other rewards, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery. All Visa® Prepaid Cards are delivered via mail. All mail redemptions are delivered via standard USPS First Class Mail.

Most of the time, you cannot modify your order once it's placed and order processing has begun.

In some cases, you may be able to cancel your order immediately after it's placed. To do so, visit your Points Balance page. If a "Cancel Order" button appears in the Status column, you may cancel your order.

Sign in to the site and go to your Points Balance page. A description of your order, order number and order status will appear as an entry next to the proper order date. Here are the steps of our fulfillment process:

Step 1: Your order is still pending and will be processed in the coming 4-8 weeks. At this point, you're still able to cancel your order.
Step 2: We've sent your order to be processed, and we'll let you know as soon as it's gone through.
Step 3: Your order was fulfilled. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of Visa® Prepaid Cards. Electronic gift certificates and PayPal funds are sent to your email address. Please ensure questions@i-Say.com is in your email safe senders list.

Visa® Prepaid Cards are valid for six months from the date of issue. i-Say Choice Visa® Prepaid Cards are valid after 12 months from the date of issue.

Starbucks Card eGifts are valid for use in store or at their website at www.starbucks.com.

Target eGiftCards let you shop for thousands of items at more than 1,700 Target and SuperTarget® stores in the U.S., and at Target.com. Now you can even save Target eGiftCards to your web-enabled mobile phone. Just text GIFTCARD to 827438 (TARGET), or visit m.target.com/gc from your phone. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Facebook Game eCards may be redeemed on Facebook only by persons age 13 and older. To redeem eCards , visit www.facebook.com/gamecards/redeem.

Your i-Say points don't expire as long as you remain an active member of i-Say.

If you unsubscribe from i-Say, if your membership becomes inactive, or if you're deactivated, you'll have 45 days to use your points. After 45 days, your points account will be closed and any unused points will be forfeited.

An inactive member is someone who hasn't responded to any survey invitations for a while, in which case i-Say reserves the right to deactivate your membership.

When you redeem your points, you may encounter the following error message if using Internet Explorer: "A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format."

If this happens, please enable "Compatibility View" within your browser. To do so, click the button next to the address bar, as seen below.

A Virtual Visa® Prepaid card is a digital version of a plastic/physical card. Once the card is registered and activated using the unique URL that will be delivered via email once you redeem the card, all the information you need, including a 16-digit card number and a CVV number which you can copy and paste into any online payment forms, will then appear on screen. There's no waiting for the mail to arrive, you can start using your card right away.

After redeeming your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card from the rewards catalog, you will receive an i-Say email containing a unique URL and a 4-digit PIN number. Click on the URL, enter your PIN number and follow the ‘Redemption Instructions’ to begin creating a Virtual Visa® Prepaid card account. Use this link and PIN to also review your account at any time..

After logging in using your PIN number, click on the BLUE text link found on the ‘Redemption Instructions’ page. Please read all the redemption instructions prior to clicking on this link. Fill out the required personal data and submit. Your account will then be created.

Your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card may be used online anywhere where Visa is accepted.

Virtual Visa® Prepaid card accounts may not be used at physical merchant locations, but may be used online, over the phone and for mailed payments. Please note that some merchants may choose not to accept out of country currency at their own discretion. If this occurs, pay for your purchase by another payment method and use your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card at a different merchant.

You can use your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card to make online purchases at any online merchant that accepts Visa. Many online merchants perform address, zip code and/or name verification. If your current personal information is not associated with your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card, you may update your profile by clicking on the URL found on the i-Say Virtual Visa® Prepaid card email.

Yes. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the Virtual Visa® Prepaid card. The Virtual Visa® Prepaid card is valid through the last day of the month shown on your card homepage or on the card “View Detail” pop-up window. You will not have access to the funds after it expires.

Your PIN number can be found on the Virtual Visa® Prepaid card email sent to you by i-Say after you redeemed your reward. If you click on the unique URL found in that same email, your PIN can also be found under the Card Actions button under View PIN

You cannot use your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card at an ATM or bank for cash withdrawals.

If your purchase is more than your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card balance, first pay the difference with another form of payment and then charge up to the amount of funds available. Not all merchants accept split transactions.

You can view your transaction history, print statements and check your balance by clicking on the URL found on the i-Say Virtual Visa® Prepaid card email delivered to you after you redeemed your reward.

Report a compromised Virtual Visa® Prepaid card at www.prepaidcardstatus.com. Your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card will be closed and blocked from future purchases. We will reissue you a new Virtual Visa® Prepaid card for the remaining unused balance; however, you will be charged a reissue fee.

Even after the balance is depleted, you should keep your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card until you know that you will not be returning any of the items purchased with your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card. If you do try to return items, the store's policy may require you to present the Virtual Visa® Prepaid card used to make the purchase. You should destroy your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card once you are sure you no longer need it. Allow 3-5 business days for returns to post to your Virtual Visa® Prepaid card account.
