Most i-Sayers receive at least 1 survey invitation every month with an average of 8 per month. Based on their profile information (such as gender, age, etc.), some members receive more than this. It's always your choice whether you take a survey but the more surveys you take, the more i-Say points you earn.

Any time you take a survey, either through an email link or using the Available Surveys feature on our site, our system tallies the i-Say points and contest entries you've earned once you've completed the survey. For most surveys, i-Say points will be added to your account within a few minutes of survey completion.

  • If clicking on the link doesn't work, copy and paste the link into your browser.
  • The link may be cut across two lines or more. If it is, you may have to copy and paste each line separately.
  • Your browser's security/privacy settings may need to be readjusted. Check your current settings to make sure they're set to medium or low.
  • If you still cannot access the survey, contact us.

If you experience difficulty with the link or any part of the survey experience, please use the Contact Us form and provide a brief explanation of the problem. We'll look into the matter and get back to you within 2 business days. Please include as much information as possible, including the survey link which includes the survey identifier.

  • Many surveys are looking for specific characteristics that apply only to a small percentage of our members. Although it can be frustrating, ending a survey early ensures that we don't waste your time. Answering an entire survey about a product that's of no interest to you would likely be more frustrating.
  • Most of our surveys are also looking for a certain number of respondents from particular demographic groups. When a survey ends early for you, that may mean that we already have the necessary amount of respondents from your demographic group.
  • As a token of our appreciation for your interest and time, you'll earn i-Say points for completing a survey. In case you're disqualified, you'll still be entered into our Monthly Click Draw and you could earn up to 5 i-Say points.

Questions like "Do you intend to buy this product" are meant to find out what types of people are interested in a product. For example, men are more likely to want to buy a moustache trimmer but women are more likely to buy a curling iron. Sometimes, it's hard to know what types of people would be interested in a product so that's why we ask.

If you're planning on going on vacation or need some time off from taking surveys due to other time demands, you don't need to unsubscribe. Use the Report a Vacation feature and share with us the days you'll be away. We'll make sure not to send you any survey invitations during that time.

Please note: the maximum amount of time away without jeopardizing your membership must not exceed 180 days.

To check your survey history, sign in and click on your Points Balance at the top of the page. There you'll find all of the details of your completed surveys.

There are times when the system may take longer than normal to change the status of a survey shown in your Available Surveys page. This could be due to traffic volume on i-Say.com or an issue related to a specific project. We're working hard at speeding up the time it takes for this screen to be updated.

We're always working to make our system efficient and user-friendly. Our website is compatible with all devices, including computers, smart phones and tablets.

For the moment, only a selection of our surveys are available on mobile devices. If you have difficulty accessing a survey from a mobile device, try accessing the survey from a computer instead.
