Contest Rules

Who Can Enter

This Contest is open to all legal Canadian and United States residents who are 14 or older on September 1, 2018 at 00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and are active members of the i-Say Panel, with the exception of employees of Ipsos Interactive Services Limited Partnership and Ipsos Interactive Services U.S., LLC (collectively, "Ipsos"), their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled.

Contest Period

This Draw Contest starts on September 1, 2018 at 01:01 EDT and closes on December 31, 2018 at 23:59 EST.

How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Each time you redeem 200 points for one entry during the contest period will give you one chance to win this prize. To enter without redeeming, please write your primary e-mail address (if applicable), along with your full name, mailing address, date of birth and phone number on a 3"x5" index card and mail it to: Ipsos i-Say Panel, i-Say Shop Til You Drop Draw Segment 3 2018, 222 S Riverside Plaza, Suite 400, Chicago, IL 60606, USA, to be received on or before the Contest/sweepstakes close date (December 31, 2018 at 23:59 EST).

Random Draw

Eight (8) entries will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received. Draw will be conducted on January 10, 2019 at 00:01 EDT at the offices of Ipsos, 222 S Riverside Plaza, Suite 400, Chicago, IL, 60606, USA. If a selected entrant is a resident of Canada, in order to be declared a winner, selected entrant must first correctly answer an un-aided time limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by e-mail, and have his/her entry verified by Ipsos. Ipsos reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.

If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit, in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent or legal guardian's name.

Prize

Three (3) first place winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants to win 5,000 points valued at $5,000 USD/CAD i-Say Market Rewards and assigned from a random draw. Five (5) second place winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants to win 1,000 points valued at $1,000 USD/CAD i-Say Market Rewards and assigned from a random draw. Total Prize Value $20,000 USD/CAD. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions of prizes are permitted. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be notified via e-mail/phone within 48 hours of the draw. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge by phone or in writing, receipt of notification of eligibility for prize and, if the selected entrant is a resident of Canada, to arrange for a mutually convenient day and time to administer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question.

If no response is obtained within 10 days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner(s) in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries. Prize(s) will be delivered by mail within 60 days of correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question (if winner is a resident of Canada) and upon receipt of a signed waiver.

General

The winner is responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner(s) is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.

Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. IPSOS shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.

IPSOS is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete survey. Surveys in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of IPSOS. This includes any survey that does not comply with these Contest Rules in any respect.

Decisions of IPSOS are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest. IPSOS reserves the right at any time to withdraw this Contest or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion.

By participating in these Contests, the winner(s) consent to the use by IPSOS, of their name, hometown, age, and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner(s) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understands that the decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final in all respects.

Any personally identifiable information collected during an individual's participation in the Sweepstakes, or by Ipsos or any survey will be collected and used by Ipsos and their agents for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and for the purposes set forth in a survey and will not be shared with any third party except as required by law, or to conform with legal process or to protect or defend the legal rights or property of Ipsos or as otherwise set forth in Ipsos' Privacy Policy available at http://i-say.com/Privacy/PRIVACYPOLICY/tabid/167/Default.aspx.

Except where prohibited, participants (or, if a minor, the parent or legal guardian) agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims or causes of action arising out or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration or alternate dispute resolution, as selected by Ipsos, to take place in the County of New York, State of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred in participation but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant be entitled to obtain awards for and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or

otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and the decisions of Ipsos in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflict of laws doctrine. Should any term or provision of this paragraph or any other rule herein be concluded to be void, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law as provided herein, such term or provision shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring the rule within the requirements of such law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms and conditions; and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed item.

In Canada, with respect to Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, State and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
